ORGANIC COCONUT OIL MAYONNAISE

- 2 ea. egg yolks
- 5 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Wakaya Sea Salt
- 2 tsp. Creamy Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½-cup Wakaya Organic Coconut Oil (softened, warmed)
- Place the egg yolks, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and salt into a blender.
- Place the blender on low speed and slowly drizzle the olive oil in until all is incorporated.
- Add the softened coconut oil.
- Store in a covered jar.
